What leaves your computer
It depends on the mode you choose in the app. This table is the same as in LibDic: it is a commitment.

Never in our logs
LibDic and LibDic Cloud never write what you dictate in their logs, errors or databases. Automated tests check this on every code change.
Encrypted history
Your history and vocabulary are encrypted on your computer, with a key kept in your system’s keychain. You can erase everything at any time.
Strict offline
One option cuts every network request from LibDic: transcription and formatting happen entirely on your computer.
Crash reports and statistics, if you want them
Off by default. If you turn them on in General, LibDic sends LibDic Cloud the number of launches and, for each crash, the version, the system and the code location. Usage statistics, a separate checkbox, send numbers only: dictations, formattings, fallbacks and error messages shown, per version. Never what you dictate, and nothing in Private mode.
Our subprocessors
Provisional list: it will be finalised with our legal counsel before launch. AI providers receive nothing in Private mode, and we choose providers that commit by contract not to keep your data where such a commitment exists.
